What are Poppy Points?

Poppy Points are our reward point system. There are a ton of different ways to earn points, so be sure to check out the floating box in the bottom of the screen, or in your account to see how you can earn more, spend your points, and get free stuff!

When will my order ship?

It depends on what's included in your order as all of our products are made to order! 

• Stickers 5 business days
• Customized products (traveler’s notebooks, planner cases, etc) 14-18 business days
• Greeting cards 5 business days
• Other products 5 business days

Orders may take longer than expected ship times if we've recently had a sale or an influx of orders. Since all of our products are made to order, we really appreciate your patience!

Where can I contact if I have a question or issue with my order?

What is Courage & Soar and why does Oh, Hello carry it?

How can I place a bulk order?

Drop us an email at ohhellogr@gmail.com with what items you’d like to order, the quantity, and deadlines. We’ll work something out as well as provide a bulk discount depending on quantity.

Can I place custom orders?

We are currently not accepting any custom requests for stickers, but if you’d like to place a custom bulk order, email us at ohhellogr@gmail.com so we can discuss the project.
